Statement of Purpose:
Create new and innovative game mechanics and designs. Investigate narrative structure in games. Design clean and intuitive interfaces. Create stylish graphic designs.
Field Experience:
Game Design
- Experience programming in ActionScript 2.0 for game design
- Experience working with the 2D variation of the Torque Game Engine.
- Designed, programmed, and developed art for an original computer game under guidance by professors of Centenary College of Louisiana
- Designed rules, mechanics, and cards for original trading card game
Web Design Work
- Experience with Macromedia Flash 8 and Dreamweaver 8
- Experience working with the Wordpress webpage framework.
- Knowledge of XHTML and CSS

Summer 2006 Contract Work

- Designed a new logo, business cards, letterheads, and envelopes for Donnette Dunbar Communications.
Spring 2007 Contract Work
for The Shreveport Regional Arts Council and Howdy Ink
- Completed "The Faces of Katrina" online exhibition site in conjunction with the Shreveport Regional Arts Council and Howdy Ink.
Summer 2007 Contract Work
for The Shreveport Regional Arts Council
- Worked with the Shreveport Regional Arts Council to keep their website up-to-date during the summer of 2007.
- Updated Roster Artists list for SRAC by contacting and working with Roster Artists personally.
2005-2006 KSCL 91.3: Shreveport, LA
Public Service and News Director
- Wrote and edited on-air news for each day from the summer of 2005 until the end of the summer of 2006.
- Researched local community services and programs and featured them on-air in “Community Service Announcements.”
- Helped organize events such as the 2006 Battle of the Bands by contacting local business owners for raffle donations.
- Acted as an on-air Disk Jockey between 2004 and 2008.
2006-2008 KSCL 91.3: Shreveport LA
Website and Automation Director
- Managed and re-organized the KSCL website from the summer of 2006 to 2008.
- Redesigned KSCL website for editability.
- Handled station Automation computers and kept music and special programming playing on air 24-7
